What liabilities does the host accept? For example, will you receive compensation in case of a break-in or fire? What happens if you damage some of the appliances on the property? Most hosts will expect you to repair or replace damaged fixtures and amenities. What conduct should you observe when on the property? Guests must comply with local laws and strata regulations. Therefore, most hosts will restrict illegal activities on the property. They could also prohibit loud parties or using shared amenities at specific times to avoid flouting strata regulations.
